The Process

Head to my enquiry form using the ‘lets work together’ button at the top of my page and once it pings into my inbox I will send over my availability and my terms and conditions. If we are a good fit and I take on the project, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your spot in my calendar and then we can get started!

Once you’re booked in I will invite you to a dedicated client portal just for you! Inside, you'll find everything you need for a smooth, joyful design journey, including a detailed brand questionnaire to help us build strong brand foundations, a visual direction section to explore your style and preferences, and easy access to your project files, timelines, and updates all in one organised space. I will then use this to create an individual identity that reflects you and the customers you want to attract.

I’ll get to work on developing a colour palette & mood board which will convey fonts and overall feel of your new brand. I then start researching and sketching ideas.

Once we have agreed on the design direction I will work my magic to present you with an all-encompassing brand identity that includes: your primary logo, secondary logo, brand marks, pattern, illustrations, colour palette and typography styling (dependent on the package chosen).

We will tweak and refine your brand concept over two rounds of revisions until we are confident in the final identity.

Once everything’s approved, you’ll receive the final files in an organised folder. You can also add on any or collateral you might need.

Sit back and release your new brand into the wild and wait for the ‘ooh’s’ and ‘ahh’s’ to follow and watch how it transforms your business from the ground up!

Yes! You can build your own brand package by picking and choosing the brand assets that best fit your needs and budget. I am happy to work with you on creating a custom package that fits your needs.

Turnaround time varies based on the project and the client response time. On average, it takes about 4 weeks for a brand identity kit and 2 weeks for a mini branding kit. If you’re on a tight deadline let me know and I’ll do my best to work around it!

A 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking and your final payment will be made once the project has been completed. Payment plans can be discussed on a case to case basis.

My packages include two rounds of revisions. I collaborate with you every step of the way as you know your business and ideal clients best! As we go through revisions, we will refine and tweak your branding until you love it!
